Attorney Tess Feldman represents immigrants with complex cases. She also consults with organizations and families to provide safety planning for immigrant employees, staff, colleagues and friends. Tess provides exceptional representation of foreign nationals and their families, as well as US citizens and residents emigrating outside of the United States. Her expertise is in removal defense and detained casework, asylum, and appellate work.

Attorney Feldman has been invited to educate attorneys at conferences and trainings around the United States. She teaches asylum law and immigration law at two law schools in Los Angeles, California. Tess is licensed in Illinois and California. She focusus on visibility and inclusion for marginalized and high risk clients, inlcuding LGBTQIA+ people, Black people, indigenous people and people of color. Safety, care, and discretion are priorities in her practice.

Inspired byher immigrant family who left Drimoleague, County Cork, Ireland for a better future in the United States, Drimolegal PC was formed to provide excellent legal work in the complex world of the US immigration system. Tess is accepting new clients and cases at this time.
